2024-25 Venue Rental
- Friday - Saturday - includes Set-up & Rehearsal; Wedding & Reception = $3,500

- Monday - Thursday 1-day Event = $2,000, 2-Day = $2,500
- Micro Wedding/Elopement Package - less than 20 people; planned within 4 weeks; any day of week- $1,000

Barn Wedding Rental
- Access to barn, lawns, parking areas, Bride’s Suite, Groom's Room and catering kitchen with holding cabinet, double bowl sink and stainless steel prep area, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove for heating no cooking, chafing dishes, cold drink dispenser.
- Access to 100 white folding chairs & Eleven 60″ round tables with floor length tablecloths in White, Black, Cream or Soft Gray.
- Access to several 6′, 4′ & 2’ rectangular serving tables. Caterers provide their own linens.
- Women's and man bathroom
- Games area that has 2 corn hole games, horseshoe pit, bocce ball course, 9 hole frisbee golf, and other yard games

The couple would have their choice of six sites inside or outside. The barn is climate controlled. And we have a 20x40 Wedding Event Tent on site. Our amply on-site decoration options can meet most needs, which are all included in the venue pricing.
Security Deposit
A $500 refundable security deposit is required. Security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the event pending confirmation that no property damage was done to the Pavilion. The security deposit is due 30 days prior to the event.
Reserve The Event
In order to reserve your date, we require $500 (Non-Refundable) and equal Monthly Payments required and full payment required 30 days prior, a signed Rental Contract and a signed Hold Harmless Agreement. For more information or to check availability, please text or call (864) 934-5096.
Non-Wedding Pricing for Parties, Showers & Meetings ONLY
Rentals include use of the Barn and surrounding area, kitchen, restrooms, with a 2-hour minimum. (Mon-Thur. only).
Weekday rates (Monday – Thursday) – 4 Hours $350; 8 Hours $500
Weekends (Friday-Sunday) Call for Costs
